This Privacy
Policy explains how we collect and
use your personally identifiable information provided on our Sites that
link to this Privacy Policy and our mobile applications. It also explains the
current options regarding the use
of personally identifiable information and how you can access and update this
information. Data that does not allow the identification of your identity, such as anonymous data, is not considered personally identifiable information. In order to
provide you with better service and within the
framework of the legal obligations arising from the relevant
legislation, especially the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and the Fight
Against Crimes Committed Through These
Publications and its related secondary legislation, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and
its related secondary legislation, the Turkish Penal
Code No. 5237, and the Law on the
Protection of Personal Data
No. 6698, your personal
data (e-mail, location information,
advertising identifier device information) that will enable
us to fulfill the said purposes
and legal obligations are requested from
you. In any
of our applications, we do not collect personal data that can classify users individually except for email and
location information. The definition of personal data in this contract only includes
email and user location information.
These personal data will be processed and stored with
information security measures taken, provided that they are not used outside
the purposes and scope specified
in this Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy based on your explicit consent.
If you choose
to use our
service, you are deemed to have
accepted the collection and use of information regarding this policy.
Measures Regarding
the Protection of Personal Data
The protection
of personal data is very important to us. Necessary measures are taken to
protect personal data against unauthorized access or loss,
misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of this information. We commit to keeping
your personal data confidential, taking all necessary technical
and administrative measures to ensure
confidentiality and security, and showing
due diligence. Despite taking necessary information security measures, if personal data is damaged or obtained
by third parties as a result of attacks on web services, applications, and the system, we

Information Collection and Use

experience, while using our Service, we may require

certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request
will be retained by us and used
as described in this privacy policy. The application does not use third-party
services that may collect information
used to identify
you but may be made available in the future. In
this case, our users will

Principles Related
to Camera Recording, Photo Album, and Sharing:
Our application
is used to add various sounds,
images (logos, etc.) to the videos
you take with the camera
and to apply
various effects (fast motion, slow
motion) to the video. You need to give
permission for camera use for
video shooting. You need to give
access permission to your gallery
and files on your device to
add images to the video. Camera
recording and access to your
images are done in the way you
allow. Any visual that you
have not selected in your gallery is not handled by our
application. If you do not want camera recording and access to
any files on your device (including
your gallery and external drive),
do not allow them when asked. If
you think you have given
permission by mistake, you can remove these permissions
from the application settings section of your phone. If you
do not give these permissions, you may not be able to use our
application partially or completely. If you do not want
to give these
permissions, please delete our application
from your device. For the
sharing of photos/videos taken, in addition to the
sharing features supported by your
device, the option to share
via the server is also provided. If this optional
feature is activated, the relevant image
is uploaded to our server after processing at the end of the photo/video
shooting, and the download link (link) is shown as plain text and QR code.
Images are stored on our server without any encryption
and can be viewed and downloaded by anyone with
the download link. The responsibility for making the
necessary information to the people
whose images are taken and
for any situation
that may arise from the
images being obtained by third
parties belongs to the user.
The storage period of the images
on our server is 10 minutes.
This period may extend up
to a few hours or shorten
to a few minutes depending on server load. Images that
are not downloaded within this period
cannot be accessed later because they will be permanently deleted from our
server. Videos should be downloaded by the
concerned parties as soon as possible after the video shooting. Images are stored on the
device where the shooting was
done. If requested, the images on our
server are deleted by us as soon as possible. The responsibility
for deleting the images on the
devices belongs to the user.
We do not share or use any
images uploaded to our servers
with third parties without permission. Although necessary security measures are taken
on our servers, 100% security is not guaranteed. We are not responsible
for the images
being obtained by third parties
without permission. Users should use
our application accepting this risk.
Account Creation
Our application
does not have an account creation feature. Only a user code that
is randomly given and does not contain
any personal data of the user is used
to provide simultaneous viewing of videos on other devices. Uploaded images (pictures, videos, etc.) are
not stored on our server for a long time and are usually
deleted within 10 minutes.
Collected Data
Other information
such as error reports, approximate location, and device
information can be stored and examined for
application analysis. These analyses are used to
determine which device gave an error under which
condition and to make the
necessary corrections.
Log Records
We want
to inform you that whenever
you use our
Service, in the event of an
error in the application, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called
Log Data. This Log Data may
include information such as your device's
Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device
name, operating system version, the configuration
of the application when using our
Service, the time and date of your use
of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that
are typically used to store
a unique anonymous identifier. These are sent from the
website you visit to your
browser and are stored in your device's internal
memory. This Service does not explicitly use these "cookies". However, the application may use third-party

kaynaklanan yasal yükümlülüğü çerçevesinde; söz konusu amaç ve yasal
yükümlülüklerini yerine getirebilmeyi sağlayacak kişisel verilerinizi (e-posta,
konum bilgisi, reklam tanımlayıcı cihaz bilgisi) sizlerden talep etmektedir.
Hiçbir uygulamamızda eposta ve konum bilgisi dışında kullanıcı tekil olarak
sınıflandırabilecek kişisel veri toplamamaktayız. Bu sözleşmede geçen kişisel
veri tanımı sadece eposta ve kullanıcı konum bilgisini kapsamaktadır. Bu
kişisel veriler açık rızanıza istinaden, işbu Gizlilik/Kişisel Verilerin
Korunması Politikası ile belirlenen amaçlar ve kapsam dışında kullanılmamak
kaydı ile bilgi güvenliği tedbirleri de alınarak işlenecek ve saklanacaktır.
Hizmetimizi kullanmayı tercih ederseniz, bu politikaya ilişkin bilgilerin
toplanmasını ve kullanılmasını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Kişisel Verilerin Korunmasına İlişkin Önlemler
Kişisel verilerin korunması bizim için çok önemlidir. Kişisel
verilere yetkisiz erişim veya bu bilgilerin kaybı, hatalı kullanımı, ifşa
edilmesi, değiştirilmesi veya imha edilmesine karşı korumak için gerekli
önlemler alınmaktadır. Kişisel verilerinizi gizli tutmayı, gizliliğin

Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanımı

bilgiler tarafımızdan saklanacak ve bu gizlilik politikasında açıklandığı
şekilde kullanılacaktır. Uygulama sizi tanımlamak için kullanılan bilgileri
toplayabilecek üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanmamaktadır ancak ilerleyen

Kamera Kaydı, Fotoğraf Albümü ve Paylaşmayla İlgili Esaslar:
Uygulamamız kamera ile çektiğiniz videolara çeşitli ses, resim
(logo vb görseller) eklemeniz ve videoya çeşitli
efektler (hızlı çekim, ağır/yavaş çekim) uygulamanız için kullanılmaktadır.
Video çekimi için kamera kullanım izni veriş olmanız gerekir. Videoya resim
eklemeniz için galerinize ve cihazınızdaki dosyalara erişim izni vermeniz
gerekir. Kamera kaydı ve resimlerinize erişim sizin izin verdiğiniz şekilde
yapılır. Sizin seçmediğiniz galerinizdeki herhangi bir görsel uygulamamız
tarafından ele alınmaz. Kamera kaydı yapılmasını ve cihazınızdaki (galeriniz ve
harici diskiniz dahil) herhangi bir dosyaya erişilmesini istemiyorsanız size
sorulduğunda bunlara izin vermeyin. Eğer yanlışlıkla izin verdiğinizi
düşünürseniz telefonunuzun uygulama ayarları kısmından bu izinleri
kaldırabilirsiniz. Eğer bu izinleri vermezseniz uygulamamızı kısmen veya
tamamen kullanamazsanız. Kullanım için zorunlu olan bu izinleri vermek
istemezseniz uygulamamızı cihazınızdan siliniz. Foto/Video çekimlerinde çekilen
görüntülerin ilgili kişiyle paylaşılması için cihazınızın desteklediği paylaşma
özelliklerine ilaveten sunucu üzerinden paylaşma seçeneği de sunulmaktadır.
İsteğe bağlı bu özellik açılırsa foto/video çekimi sonunda ilgili görüntü
işlendikten sonra sunucumuza yüklenir ve indirme bağlantısı (link) açık metin
ve karekod olarak gösterilir. Görüntüler sunucumuzda herhangi bir şifrelemeye
tabi tutulmadan saklanır ve indirme bağlantısına sahip olan herkes tarafından
görülüp indirilebilir. Görüntüsü alınan kişilere gerekli bilgilendirmenin
yapılmasındaki ve görüntülerin üçüncü kişilerin eline geçmesi sonucu
oluşabilecek her türlü duruma ait sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir. Görüntülerin
sunucumuzda saklanması süresi 10 dakikadır. Bu süre sunucu yoğunluğuna göre
birkaç saat kadar uzayabilir ve birkaç dakikaya kadar düşebilir. Süresi içinde
indirilmeyen görüntülere, sunucumuzdan kalıcı olarak silineceği için, daha
sonra ulaşılmaz. Video çekiminden sonra en kısa sürede videoların ilgiler
tarafından indirilmesi sağlanmalıdır. Görüntüler, çekim yapılan cihazda
depolanır. Talep edilmesi durumunda sunucumuzdaki görüntüler en kısa sürede
tarafımızca silinir. Cihazlardaki görüntülerin silinmesindeki sorumluluk
kullanıcıya aittir. Sunucularımıza yüklenen hiçbir görüntüyü izin almaksızın
üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmıyor ve kullanmıyoruz. Sunucularımızda gerekli güvenlik
tedbirleri alınsa da sunucularımızda %100 güvenlik garanti edilmemektedir.
Görüntülerin izinsiz olarak üçüncü şahısların eline geçmesinden dolayı biz
sorumlu tutulamayız. Kullanıcılar bu riski alarak uygulamamızı kullanmalıdır.
Hesap Açma
Uygulamamızda hesap açma özelliği bulunmamaktadır. Sadece
videoların diğer cihazlarla eş zamanlı görüntülenmesini sağlamaya yönelik
olarak rastgele verilen ve kullanıcıya ait hiçbir kişisel veri içermeyen
kullanıcı kodu kullanılır. Yüklenen görüntüler (resim, video vb) sunucumuzda uzun süreli olarak tutulmaz ve genellikle
10 dakika içinde silinir.
Toplanan Veriler
Hata raporları, yaklaşık konum ve cihaz bilgileri gibi diğer
bilgiler uygulama analizi için depolanıp incelenebilmektedir. Hangi cihazın
hangi durumda hata verdiğinin tespiti ve gerekli düzeltmelerin yapılabilmesi
için bu analizlerden yararlanılmaktadır.
Log Kayıtları
Hizmetimizi kullandığınız her durumda, uygulamadaki bir hata
durumunda, Log kayıtları adlı telefonunuza telefonunuzdaki verileri ve
bilgileri (üçüncü taraf ürünleriyle) topladığımızı bildirmek isteriz. Bu Log
Verileri, cihazınızın İnternet Protokolü (“IP”) adresi, cihaz adı, işletim
sistemi sürümü, Hizmetimizi kullanırken uygulamanın yapılandırılması, Hizmet
kullanımınızın saati ve tarihi ve diğer istatistikler gibi bilgileri
içerebilir.
Çerezler
Çerezler, genellikle anonim benzersiz bir tanımlayıcı kullanılan
küçük miktarda veri içeren dosyalardır. Bunlar, ziyaret ettiğiniz web
sitesinden tarayıcınıza gönderilir ve cihazınızın dahili belleğinde saklanır.

Son Hüküm
Kullanıcı/Kullanıcılar, uygulamaları kullanmadan önce yukarıda
yer alan “Kullanım Şartları ve Gizlilik/Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Politikası”nı okuduklarını, yukarıda belirtilen tüm
hususlara uyacaklarını, tarafımıza ait tüm elektronik ortam ve bilgisayar
kayıtlarının Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu madde 193 uyarınca kesin delil
sayılacağını gayrıkabili rücu olarak kabul, beyan ve
taahhüt etmişlerdir.
