Thank you for using the Optix-6 Pro application to analyze optical answer sheets and calculate scores. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected by Optix-6 Pro (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). By using our Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Our Application may collect certain information to perform its core functions and provide you with a better experience.

• Camera Access: The Application uses your device's camera to analyze optical answer sheets. This access is essential for scanning sheets and processing data. Images captured via the camera are temporarily processed solely for optical reading and scoring operations and are not stored.
• Storage/File Access: The Application requests file access permission to save scanned optical images to your device's internal or external storage. This permission is necessary for users to utilize the option of saving optical reading results or scanned images.
• In-App Usage Data: We may collect anonymized data on how our Application is used (e.g., feature usage frequency, error reports). This data is used to improve the Application's performance and troubleshoot potential issues.
• Advertising IDs: Since our Application includes ads, we may collect your device's advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID) to allow advertisers to serve you more relevant ads. These IDs are not directly linked to personally identifiable information.
• Subscription Information: When you purchase an in-app subscription, information such as your subscription status, start, and end dates are processed through the platform provider (Google Play). We do not have direct access to this information, but we may receive information from the relevant platform to verify your active subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Application Functionality: To perform the Application's core functions (optical reading, scoring, saving scanned optical images).
• Application Improvement: To enhance the Application's performance, stability, and user experience.
• Ad Serving: To serve you relevant ads within the Application.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

• Service Providers: We may share anonymized or aggregated data with third-party service providers (e.g., Google AdMob, Google Analytics) who help us perform certain functions, such as in-app ad serving and analytical services. Optical paper images scanned via the camera are only used at the time of processing and are not permanently stored on our servers. Other collected data (e.g., usage data, advertising IDs) are stored in an anonymized or aggregated format and do not allow for your personal identification.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Our Application offers monthly subscriptions. These subscriptions provide additional features, such as more optical reading rights. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings. If you do not cancel, you will be automatically charged at the end of the subscription period. Google Play terms and conditions apply to subscriptions.

6. Children's Privacy

The Optix-6 Pro application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that their child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will promptly delete such information from our systems.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of any changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy within the Application or on our website. We may provide prominent notices for significant changes to the policy. It is recommended that you review this Privacy Policy regularly.

5. Abonelikler ve Otomatik Yenileme

Uygulamamız aylık abonelikler sunmaktadır. Bu abonelikler, daha fazla optik okuma hakkı gibi ek özellikler sağlar. Abonelikler, kullanıcının iptal etmemesi durumunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal etmediğiniz takdirde, abonelik dönemi sonunda otomatik olarak ücretlendirilirsiniz. Abonelikle ilgili Google Play şartları geçerlidir.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Optix-6 Pro uygulaması 13 yaşından küçük çocukların kullanımına yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Eğer bir ebeveyn veya veli, 13 yaşından küçük çocuğunun bize kişisel bilgi sağladığına inanıyorsa, lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin. Bu tür bilgileri derhal sistemlerimizden sileceğiz.
