Internet Access and Data Transmission to Our Servers:

Our application transmits data (created by developers) sent by users' devices to our server, which is read by receiving devices (remote control devices or other devices that developers may define). Receiving devices perform the actions defined by developers based on the commands they read. For example, in a remote garden irrigation application, a developer defines settings in our application and codes the receiving device. General users send data by tapping buttons defined by the developer, and the receiving device performs the specified action based on the incoming data.

Account Creation

Our application allows creating Developer Accounts with an email address. Developers create Admin accounts using their email addresses as well. Our application does not have an account creation feature for General Users. They can only access the sections assigned to them using usernames and passwords defined for them by administrators and do not contain personal data.

Account Delete:

Developers who wish to delete their accounts can contact us via 6thpro@gmail.com. Account deletion requests must be sent from the registered email address. Central administrators who wish to delete their accounts can contact the Developers who created their accounts. If this is not possible, they can notify us via 6thpro@gmail.com. Account deletion requests must be sent from the registered email address. Accounts requested to be deleted are reviewed and deleted as soon as possible. Account deletion may occur without informing users in every case. Although security measures are in place on our servers, we cannot guarantee 100% security. We cannot be held responsible if images are obtained by unauthorized third parties. Users should use our application, acknowledging this risk.

In-App Products and Subscriptions

Our application can be used for free with various limitations. While these limitations generally do not affect General Users, subscriptions offering more centers, general users, devices, command sends, and data retrieval are sold, especially for those using our application as Developers and Central Administrators.

Subscription Options:

Our application offers different subscription packages that provide various features according to users' needs. Each subscription package provides advantages such as the number of centers, general users, devices, command sending rights, and data retrieval amount. Subscription packages are offered on an annual basis, with the benefits provided depending on the type of subscription.

Auto-Renewal:

If not canceled, your subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the current period. Subscription fees are automatically deducted from your Google Play account at each renewal period.

Cancellation and Refund:

You can cancel your subscriptions via Google Play before the renewal date. Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew. If you cancel, you can use the subscription features until the end of the current period; no refunds are provided during that period.

Privacy and Data Security:

The security of your subscription-related data is essential to us. Please review the relevant section of our privacy policy to learn how your data is protected.

Compliance with Google Play Policies:

Your subscription transactions are subject to Google Play service terms. Therefore, you can manage your subscriptions through Google Play subscription management features and update them when needed.

Collected Data

Other information such as error reports, approximate location, and device information may be stored and reviewed for application analysis. These analyses are utilized to determine which device encounters errors under which conditions and to make the necessary corrections.

Log Records

We would like to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the application, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Records. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

İnternet Erişimi ve Sunucularımıza Veri Gönderimi:

Uygulamamız, kullanıcıların cihazlarından gönderdikleri (geliştiriciler tarafından oluşturulan) verileri sunucumuza iletir ve alıcı cihazlar (uzaktan kontrol cihazları veya geliştiriciler tarafından tanımlanabilecek diğer cihazlar) tarafından okunur. Alıcı cihazlar, okudukları komutlara göre geliştiricilerin tanımladığı işlemleri yapar. Ör: Uzaktan bahçe sulaması uygulamasında geliştirici uygulamamıza tanımlamalarını yapar ve alıcı cihazı kodlar. Genel kullanıcılar geliştiricinin belirlediği düğmelere dokunarak veri gönderir ve alıcı cihaz gelen veriye göre belirlenen işlemi yapar.

Uygulamamızda Geliştirici Hesapları için e-posta adresi ile hesap açma özelliği bulunmaktadır. Geliştiriciler yine e-posta adresi kullanarak Yönetici hesapları oluşturur.

Uygulamamızda Genel Kullanıcılar için hesap açma özelliği bulunmamaktadır. Sadece yöneticiler tarafından kendilerine tanımlanan ve kişisel veri içermeyen kullanıcı adı ve şifrelerle sisteme giriş yaparak kendilerine atanmış bölümlere erişebilirler.

Geliştiriciler hesaplarını silmek isterlerse 6thpro@gmail.com e-posta adresimiz üzerinden bize isteklerini bildirebilirler. Hesap silinebilmesi için isteğin kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gelmesi gerekir.

Merkez yöneticileri hesaplarını silmek isterlerse kendilerine hesap oluşturan Geliştiriciler ile görüşerek işlem yapabilirler. Bu mümkün olmazsa 6thpro@gmail.com e-posta adresimiz üzerinden bize isteklerini bildirebilirler. Hesap silinebilmesi için isteğin kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gelmesi gerekir.

Tarafımızca silinmesi istenen hesaplar kontrol edilerek en kısa sürede silinir. Hesap silme işlemi gerçekleşir ancak konu hakkında kullanıcılara her zaman bilgi verilmeyebilir.

Sunucularımızda gerekli güvenlik tedbirleri alınsa da sunucularımızda %100 güvenlik garanti edilmemektedir. Görüntülerin izinsiz olarak üçüncü şahısların eline geçmesinden dolayı biz sorumlu tutulamayız. Kullanıcılar bu riski alarak uygulamamızı kullanmalıdır.

Uygulama İçi Ürünler ve Abonelikler

Uygulamamız ücretsiz olarak çeşitli kısıtlamalarla kullanılabilir. Bu kısıtlamalar genel olarak Genel Kullanıcıları etkilemez ancak özellikle Geliştirici ve Merkez Yöneticisi olarak uygulamamızı kullananlar için daha fazla merkez, genel kullanıcı, cihaz, komut gönderimi ve veri alımı gibi özellikler ekleme gibi özellikler sunan abonelikler satılmaktadır.

Abonelik Seçenekleri: Uygulamamızda, kullanıcıların ihtiyaçlarına göre çeşitli özellikler sunan farklı abonelik paketleri bulunmaktadır. Her bir abonelik paketi; merkez sayısı, genel kullanıcı sayısı, cihaz sayısı, komut gönderme hakkı ve veri alımı miktarı gibi avantajlar sağlar. Abonelik paketleri yıllık olarak sunulmakta olup, kullanıcıya sunulan avantajlar abonelik türüne göre değişiklik göstermektedir.

Otomatik Yenileme: Abonelikleriniz, mevcut dönem sonunda iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenecektir. Abonelik ücreti her yenileme döneminde otomatik olarak Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.

İptal ve Ücret İadesi: Aboneliklerinizi, yenileme tarihinden önce Google Play üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal etmediğiniz sürece aboneliğiniz otomatik olarak yenilenir. İptal ettiğiniz durumda, mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar abonelik özelliklerini kullanabilirsiniz; o dönemde ödeme iadesi yapılmaz.
